Bring CLAUDE.md in line with the current codebase:
- Tech Stack: add Material UI v7 (Emotion) to the frontend row.
- Project Structure: ~105 .tsx (was 57), 49 models (was 32); add the
ui/ kit, lib/ (React Query), theme.ts and GlobalStyles.tsx; fix
contexts/ -> context/; correct the hooks list (drop the nonexistent
useApiCall/useListData); refresh the components/ + __tests__ notes.
- Testing: drop "coverage is minimal: only auth and numbering" — the
suite is ~14 files / 152 tests across many areas.
- Frontend Conventions: styling is MUI/Emotion (no .css files, use
theme.vars), data layer is React Query, token responses carry
expires_in.
- "MUI Migration (in progress)" -> "Styling & MUI (complete, v2.0.0)":
zero custom CSS; where styling lives (theme/GlobalStyles/kit); and the
conventions learned (channel-alpha row tints not solid .light, solid
tile + white-glyph icon badges, single mui-mode theme key, dialog
scroll-lock). Removed the stale "data-theme drives MUI and legacy CSS".

Documents the in-progress CSS->MUI migration (spec/plans, page-migration pattern, kit, gates, dialog gotchas) and the convention to keep the agent-memory progress tracker (project_mui_migration.md) updated as phases merge.

Mobile work-plan (Plán prací) responsive fixes — desktop unchanged:
- Toolbar stacks into clean full-width rows on ≤640px (nav group,
centered range label, full-width segmented view toggle, full-width
category button); drops the fixed 230px label min-width and the
margin-left:auto that made the toolbar ragged on phones.
- Grid scroll container: 100dvh-based max-height, momentum scroll, and
overscroll containment so a fling does not bounce the whole page.
- ≤480px tightens columns (date col 72px via the colgroup <col>, person
cols 132px) so ~2 people are comfortably visible at 360–390px.
- Touch (@media hover:none): faint persistent + on empty editable
cells, since the hover-reveal add hint never fires on a phone.
Dev: `npm run dev` (backend) now listens on 3050 instead of 3000 to
avoid colliding with other local apps; CLAUDE.md dev-port note updated.

Adds a 'Conventions (enforced)' section (response helpers, parseId, parseBody, roleName-not-role admin check, broad invalidation, single-source label maps, the two date regimes + no UTC-today, Zod 4 idioms, Czech messages) and corrects known-issue #4 (NAS catches now logged) and #5 (HTML sanitization is in place, not a gap).

The warehouse module v1.8.0 deploy created the warehouse tables via Prisma
migration but left the corresponding permissions (warehouse.view/operate/
manage/inventory) and admin role assignments un-inserted, because those
rows only existed in prisma/seed.ts, which is dev-only and cannot be run
against production.
This migration inserts the same 4 permissions seed.ts would (with
identical display_name and description) and assigns them to the admin
role. INSERT IGNORE makes it idempotent and preserves existing role
assignments. No data is modified or deleted.
Also strengthens CLAUDE.md: every database change or manipulation must
be a tracked Prisma migration. No external SQL, no seed-only data,
no manual fixes — reviewable, reversible, reproducible from a fresh
checkout.
- Change attendance idx_attendance_user_date from unique to index (allow multiple shifts per day)
- Reset migrations to single baseline init migration
- Add seed script with admin user (admin/admin)
- Update CLAUDE.md with migration workflow documentation
- Various frontend fixes (queries, pages, hooks)

- Remove ProjectCreate page, POST /projects endpoint, and next-number endpoint
- Projects can only be created through orders (shared numbering sequence)
- Remove dead CreateProjectSchema and createProject service function
- Delete 'order' row from number_sequences (unused; code uses 'shared')
