PlanGrid's bespoke plan.css surface is replaced by a styled(Box) wrapper that scopes all the grid + chip rules and pulls every color from the theme palette via theme.vars (auto light/dark — no more [data-theme] CSS-var blocks). Sticky header + date column, marker-tape cells, category color via the per-cell --cat-color var, weekend/today treatment, hover affordances, the '+' empty hint, and the one-shot mutation pulse are all preserved; the paper-grain/ruled-paper texture was dropped for a clean MUI surface. plan.css trimmed from ~1150 lines to just the category-manager modal rows (the grid is MUI now; the toolbar/banner/day-choice modal had already moved to MUI components). Verified on /plan-work in both light and dark.

OrderConfirmationModal (the order→confirmation editable items dialog) and InvoiceDetail's read-only paid-invoice items table now render stacked label:value cards on phones (< sm) instead of a wide horizontally-scrolling table; desktop keeps the table. Same pattern as the Offer/Invoice editors. Gates: tsc=0, build=0.

Replace the three remaining hand-written admin-loading/admin-spinner
markup blocks with the kit <LoadingState /> component:
- AdminApp.tsx Suspense fallback
- AppShell.tsx loading branch
- PlanGrid.tsx no-data branch (plan-* classes untouched)
After this the only remaining admin-* classes in TSX are
admin-rich-editor (RichEditor/Quill) and admin-rich-text-view
(sanitized HTML in Order/Invoice detail).

Both components have zero importers after the phase-25 migrations
(verified: no `./FormModal` or `./ConfirmModal` imports remain; build
passes). Their MUI kit replacements are ui/Modal and ui/ConfirmDialog.

Replace the raw admin-form-select with the MUI kit Select (string-based
value, converted at the boundary). Same query (warehouseReservationList,
ACTIVE, perPage 100), same option labels, same onChange contract
(reservationId|null, remainingQty).

Replace legacy FormModal with the MUI kit Modal. Map the two-step
flow (choose/edit) onto the kit footer: submitText + onSubmit switch
per step, submitDisabled gates "Vygenerovat PDF" when there are no
items. Re-skin lang/VAT toggles (kit Button variants), item editor
(kit TextField + IconButton inside a Box table). All generate/preview
logic, props, and Czech text preserved verbatim.

Replaces framer-motion animation + custom SVG icons + admin-toast markup
with MUI Snackbar + MUI Alert (filled variant). useAlertState() consumption
(alerts array, removeAlert) is preserved verbatim — alert lifecycle
(timing, types, auto-dismiss) is owned by AlertContext and unchanged.
Alerts stack bottom-right with 72px vertical offset per slot.

Class component lifecycle (getDerivedStateFromError, componentDidCatch,
console.error, state shape) preserved verbatim. Only the fallback render
is re-skinned: Box+Typography for layout/text, kit Button for the reload
action. Czech strings unchanged.

Re-skins the 403 fallback with MUI Box + kit EmptyState + kit Button
(component=Link). Czech text and routing preserved verbatim.

Removed (zero importers, build-verified): FormField, Pagination, AdminDatePicker, SortIcon, warehouse Supplier/Location/Batch selects, WarehouseMovementTable. FormModal + ConfirmModal kept (still used by OrderConfirmationModal + ProjectFileManager — to be migrated before full removal).

Removed MuiColorSchemeSync: it called MUI setMode which ALSO wrote data-theme, fighting ThemeContext (the other writer) → theme flip-flop loop. ThemeContext is now the sole owner; MUI's cssVariables CSS (scoped by [data-theme]) applies from the attribute, no JS bridge needed. New animated ThemeToggle kit button (sun/moon crossfade+rotate) replaces the static AppShell toggle. DashAttendanceToday avatars now solid-fill + white initials (matches StatCard/activity badges).

Wires the MUI AppShell into the admin route and deletes the legacy chrome (AdminLayout, Sidebar, layout.css). Spinner CSS (.admin-spinner/.admin-loading) lives in base.css and is unaffected. tsc -b clean, build OK, 148 tests pass.

Move MenuItem/MenuSection interfaces and the full menuSections array (6 sections,
~30 items with inline SVG icons) verbatim from Sidebar.tsx into src/admin/ui/navData.tsx.
Add exported isItemActive/hasItemPermission pure helpers (folding in the matchAlso
branch that was previously inline in Sidebar's NavLink className callback).
Sidebar updated to import and use these; rendering and active-state behavior unchanged.

- The project create-modal start/end dates used raw <input type="date">;
converted to <AdminDatePicker> so every date field in the app now goes
through the shared component (react-datepicker on desktop, native on touch).
- AdminDatePicker now defaults its placeholder by mode (date 'dd.mm.rrrr',
month 'mm.rrrr', time 'hh:mm') so empty date fields always show a format
hint; explicit placeholders (e.g. 'Od'/'Do' range filters) still override.
- Dropped WarehouseReceiptForm's ad-hoc 'dd.mm.yyyy' so it inherits the
unified Czech default.

BulkAttendanceModal, ShiftFormModal, OrderConfirmationModal, DashQuickActions
trip modal, the Attendance leave modal, and DashProfile's 3 modals (edit
profile, 2FA setup, 2FA disable) now use the shared FormModal instead of
hand-rolled overlays, inheriting the canonical open/close animation, blurred
backdrop, ESC-to-close, click-outside, scroll-lock, staggered reveal, mobile
full-screen and reduced-motion. Footers stay pinned via the real FormModal
footer + submitDisabled; multi-step modals (2FA setup, order confirmation)
drive title/footer/close-guards per step. Behaviour preserved.

submitDisabled greys out the primary (so callers can gate it on validity
instead of a clickable-but-inert button); subtitle renders a muted line under
the title in the header.

ConfirmModal never called useModalLock, so the page scrolled behind every
confirmation dialog (8+ usages). Add the ref-counted scroll lock and guard
backdrop-click against the loading state, matching FormModal.

11 form defaults across 6 files used new Date().toISOString().split('T')[0] (the UTC date), which lands on yesterday during the post-midnight Prague window (UTC+1/+2). Added todayLocalStr() (local YYYY-MM-DD) in formatters and replaced them. Future-date expressions (e.g. invoice due_date +14d) left untouched.

PlanCellModal (and the modal system) reference FormModal's footerLeft slot and hideCloseButton, but those props lived only in an uncommitted working-tree change — so committed code did not typecheck (TS2322) and a build-from-committed (e.g. the v1.9.0 release) silently dropped the footer-left delete button in the plan entry/override edit modal. Commits the enhancements + their CSS so committed == working.
NOTE: production v1.9.0 is affected (plan edit-modal delete button missing); needs a patch release. Flagged in the overnight audit report.

Update validates the category only when it changes, so a note-only edit on an entry whose category was later hidden/deleted no longer 400s. The edit select also shows the current (retired) category marked '(skryta)' instead of silently snapping to the first active option; create defaults to an active category.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
DELETE /plan/categories/:id now hard-deletes the row, guarded: refuses when any live entry/override uses the key (suggests hide instead) and keeps >=1 active category. Modal gains a per-row Smazat with inline confirm. Hiding stays via PATCH is_active.

Replace 14 hardcoded per-category CSS rules with a single --cat-color
custom property set inline on each filled cell button, driven by the DB
categories list threaded from PlanWork → PlanGrid → PlanRangeChips.

Work-plan fixes from this session:
- Czech audit descriptions for plan entries/overrides (was empty '-')
- server-embedded project label on grid cells (was '-' past the 100-project cap)
- dashboard activity + audit-log cache invalidation on plan mutations
- read-only cells: no '+' on empty, keep hover on cells with a record
- view modal: Czech category + formatted dates
- sticky date column made opaque (no bleed-through on horizontal scroll)

Three related fixes from manual smoke testing:
- Zod schema: drop min(1) on note field across all four schemas — note is
optional in real usage, and the modal initialized it to empty.
- assertNotPastDate: replace toISOString() (UTC) with local-time getters
to match the rest of the codebase. Fixes off-by-one near day boundaries.
- createEntry / updateEntry: also check the date_to endpoint for past
dates, so a range can't extend backwards into the past even when its
start is today or future. Defense in depth.
Modal: drop `required` attribute and asterisk from the note field. Tests:
add 5 new cases covering empty note, past date HTTP rejection, and the
new to-endpoint check in updateEntry.
- New settings.system permission with migration (idempotent INSERT)
- requireAnyPermission helper for route guards accepting multiple perms
- Move document numbering + currency/VAT cards from system tab to CompanySettings
- Rename security tab to roles, add canManageSystem alongside canManageCompany
- TOTP required endpoint and system-info now use settings.system
- Roles list now includes user_count
- Sidebar Settings link includes settings.system
