Sidebar (user-approved design, docs/superpowers/specs/2026-06-12-sidebar-
icons-design.md): all 31 menu items get unique contextual stroke glyphs in
rounded-square tiles tinted per section (Docházka blue, Kniha jízd teal,
Administrativa amber, Sklad violet, Systém slate; new teal/violet/slate
palette entries with channel tokens in both schemes). Replaces the old set
where 13 items shared a glyph (3x people, 3x sliders, ...) and Faktury was a
dollar sign. Odin stays the only solid + animated tile. Uniqueness pinned by
navdata-icons.test.ts (tsconfig.test.json gains jsx for the .tsx import).
Headers: ProjectDetail and OrderDetail now match the Offer/Invoice shell —
number rendered in secondary color at regular weight next to the bold
entity word, and flexWrap on both left header boxes so the title drops
below Zpět on phones instead of overflowing the viewport (the reported
mobile bug on received orders).

Brainstormed design for a new 'objednávky vydané' document type — purchase
orders you author with line items and export to PDF, alongside the existing
customer orders (which become the 'přijaté' tab).
Key decisions: dedicated issued_orders/issued_order_items models mirroring
invoices; customers reused as supplier/partner; NET+VAT-on-top; dedicated
numbering sequence; reuse of orders.* permissions; standalone v1 (no
warehouse/received-invoice links).

Admin-only Claude (Sonnet 4.6) chat embedded on the dashboard under the
welcome text. Attach received-invoice PDFs → extract (vision + structured
output) → confirm/edit → save via the existing received-invoices endpoint.
$50/month admin-editable budget enforced via an ai_usage table + pre-call
guard. New @anthropic-ai/sdk dep, ANTHROPIC_API_KEY, ai.use permission;
one migration. No system-data tools (Phase 2). Ships as v2.1.0.

Assign one project/category to many employees over a date range in one
action. Modal mirrors single-create + employee checklist + "include
weekends" toggle. Stores range entries grouped by contiguous eligible
days per employee (weekends-off → per-work-week chunks); per-day cap
skips days already at 3. POST /plan/entries/bulk + bulkCreateEntries
(reuses createEntry); summary audit + result counts. No migration.

Feature A of 2: lets a plan cell hold up to 3 records (additive
assignments + day exceptions) via the layered entries/overrides model,
no migration. resolveCell/resolveGrid return arrays; cap enforced per
layer on create; grid shows up to 3 stacked; cell editor becomes a
day panel; dashboard today-card shows up to 3. Feature B (bulk create)
decisions captured as deferred.

Approved design for migrating the admin frontend off ~7,100 lines of hand-written CSS onto MUI, themed to the existing brand, dark/light preserved, modern 'soft-SaaS shell + dense tables' look, rolled out incrementally (foundation-first, always shippable). Verified via 4-way adversarial review (editorial, MUI-docs accuracy, codebase-fit, completeness) with fixes applied. Also gitignores .superpowers/ brainstorm mockups.
