Adds an optional per-line-item percentage discount ("Sleva") to offers and
issued invoices, on both the detail-page editor and the PDF.
- DB: discount Decimal(5,2) DEFAULT 0 on quotation_items + invoice_items
(migration 20260613195833_add_item_discount).
- Totals/VAT: new shared lineNet() (qty × price × (1 − discount/100)); offers'
NET total and invoices' subtotal AND VAT now compute on the discounted net
(every getBase/enrichQuotation/stats path). Backward compatible: discount 0
is identical to before.
- Schemas: discount = numberInRange(0,100), default 0; persisted on
create/update (+ offer duplicate).
- Detail editors: editable "Sleva %" column — offers via DocumentItemsEditor's
new opt-in showDiscount prop (issued orders unaffected); invoices in their own
editor. Spinners hidden + 7rem column so "100" is fully visible. Read-only
invoice view shows the column when any line has a discount.
- PDFs (offers + invoices): conditional "Sleva"/"Discount" column rendered only
when an item has a discount; line/total/VAT always use the discounted net.
Tests: +16 (money, totals incl. VAT-on-discounted-net, schema range, PDF
column present/absent). Full suite 665 pass, tsc -b clean, lint 0. Editor
verified live via Playwright. Design spec in docs/superpowers/specs/.

Two causes: theme h4 had no responsive size (desktop 2.125rem on
phones - now 1.5rem under 600px, applies to all page headlines), and
the Zpet+title header row had no flexWrap so long document titles
pushed past the viewport (issued orders, offers, both invoice views).

One coherent pass over the two sibling document models, driven by a 3-lens
1:1 scan (~60 divergences inventoried) + user decisions. Migration adds
issued_orders.locked_by/locked_at and the issued_order_sections table
(mirror of scope_sections; applied to dev + test DBs).
Issued orders gained (offers as reference implementation):
- rich-text SECTIONS with CZ/EN titles, rendered on their own PDF page in
the PO template's red style (shared DocumentSectionSchema, one-transaction
create/update incl. items - fixes a torn-write bug)
- edit LOCKING (lock/heartbeat/unlock routes, 423 + holder name, 30s TTL =
3 missed 10s heartbeats; locked_by enrichment on detail)
- archived-PDF serving: GET /:id/file reads the NAS copy (new
readIssuedByNumber sweep) with live-render fallback + re-archive; offers'
/file got the same fallback (kills the 'ulozte nabidku' dead end)
- NAS cleanup on delete, in-tx po_number uniqueness (409), collision-advancing
number previews (also invoice previews), PUT returns assigned po_number
Offers hardened (issued as reference):
- VALID_TRANSITIONS enforced (no more numberless 'ordered' offers; invalidate
follows the table; order creation only from active offers) +
valid_transitions on detail
- explicit 400 instead of silent edits outside draft/active (mirrored on
issued: explicit 400 replaced silent drops)
- customer existence check + Number(null)->0 clear bug fixed; delete of a
linked offer -> 409 instead of P2003 500; error-token convention; Zod caps
DB-aligned (desc 500/unit 20/number 50/project_code 100, isoDateString
dates, ints for positions); audit old/new values + koncept fallbacks;
list id tiebreaks; stats include trimmed; NAS delete dedupe
Frontend unification (6 new shared modules):
- components/document/{DocumentItemsEditor,SectionsEditor,LockBanner}
- hooks/{useDocumentLock,useUnsavedChangesGuard,useDocumentPdf(+list variant)}
- OfferDetail 1940->1100 lines, IssuedOrderDetail 1400->980: headline-only
document number (form field removed), one form layout/readonly convention,
view-permission opens read-only everywhere (issued's editable-for-viewers
hole closed), server-driven transition buttons, dirty guard + Enter submit
on both, useApiMutation everywhere (new opt-in envelope mode), fixed
infinite spinner on failed detail fetch, draft PDFs hidden (no number yet)
- lists: supplier filter + count line on issued, Mena column dropped + mono
numbers on offers, shared hardened per-row PDF flow (spinner, double-click
guard, 401 close, blob cleanup), proper Czech quotes, real CTA empty
states, query-lib cleanups (["offers","customers"] key, typed list rows,
shared CurrencyAmount, retry:false on details)
- pdf-shared.ts: one escapeHtml/cleanQuillHtml(strict)/formatNum(NBSP)/
formatCurrency/formatDate for all four PDF routes; offer PDF keeps its
monochrome look (fractional qty fix: 1.5 no longer prints as 2); issued
PDF language now comes from the document column
+49 tests (suite 364 -> 413). Each stage passed an independent review; final
cross-stage integration review verified the FE<->BE contracts.

Accounting rule: nabidky, objednavky (incl. confirmation PDF) and objednavky
vydane are NOT tax documents - VAT belongs only on invoices. Per user
decision this is a FULL removal including DB columns.
- migration: DROP orders.vat_rate/apply_vat, issued_orders.vat_rate/apply_vat,
issued_order_items.vat_rate, quotations.vat_rate/apply_vat (applied to
dev + test DBs)
- services: net-only totals everywhere (computeIssuedOrderTotals(items) ->
{total}; enrichOrder/enrichQuotation net; per-currency list totals net)
- PDFs (offers, order confirmation, issued order): no VAT columns/summary,
single 'Celkem bez DPH' / 'Total excl. VAT' total, note under totals:
'Ceny jsou uvedeny bez DPH. DPH bude uctovano dle platnych predpisu.';
duplicate Cena/Celkem column merged (desc width 56%); orders-pdf render
extracted as exported renderOrderConfirmationHtml for testability
- frontend: Uplatnit DPH checkboxes, VAT selects and per-item VAT columns
removed from OfferDetail/OrderDetail/IssuedOrderDetail/
OrderConfirmationModal/ReceivedOrders manual-create; list footers read
'Celkem bez DPH'; invoice-from-order prefill now takes the company default
VAT (invoice decides its own VAT)
- tests: suites reworked to net math; new pdf-vat-note.test.ts pins the
exact cs+en note text and VAT-free layout on all three PDFs
Invoices and received invoices keep their VAT handling unchanged.

offers.export/orders.export/invoices.export gated nothing on the backend (PDF
routes enforce *.view); they only toggled frontend buttons and showed dead
role checkboxes. Migration deletes them (+ role grants) and idempotently seeds
the 12 enforced doc perms (offers/orders/invoices x view/create/edit/delete) +
admin grant, so a fresh prod DB has them (closes the seed-only drift gap).
Route reverts to orders.view; the 8 frontend *.export checks now use *.view.

Detail-page headers put their action buttons in a flex row with
flexWrap:"wrap", so on a phone the 2-4 buttons (Potvrzení / Zahájit
realizaci / Smazat, etc.) wrapped into a ragged grid.
New shared `headerActionsSx` (ui/PageHeader): on xs it's a full-width
column (each button its own full-width row); from sm up it's the usual
right-aligned wrapping row — desktop unchanged. A StatusChip kept in the
same group stays its natural size (alignSelf) instead of stretching.
Applied to PageHeader's own actions slot and every detail-page header
action group: Order/Offer/Invoice (both views)/Project + the Warehouse
Receipt/Issue/Item/Inventory detail headers.
Verified in Chrome at 430px on OrderDetail: the group is flexDirection
column with all three buttons at the same x, full-width, stacked. tsc -b
--noEmit, npm run build, vitest 152/152 clean.

The text color on filled colored controls was inconsistent: contained
primary resolved to white in both schemes, but error/success/warning/info
used a per-scheme contrastText (#fff light, #1a1a1a dark). So in DARK mode
a primary (red) button showed white text while an error (red) button —
e.g. every ConfirmDialog delete confirm, the contained "Smazat", and the
dashboard quick-action tiles — showed near-black text. "Black text on one
red button, white on another."
Unify on a single rule: every FILLED colored surface gets WHITE text/glyph
in BOTH themes. The palette .main stays bright in dark mode (it drives text,
outlined buttons and row tints), but a bright fill makes white illegible, so
filled surfaces drop to a darker fill in dark mode (new FILLED_DARK_BG, ≈ the
light-scheme shades; all ≥4.5:1 with white):
- theme MuiButton: contained error/success/warning/info -> white text +
darker dark-mode fill (disabled state preserved).
- theme MuiChip: filled error/success/warning/info -> white label + darker
dark-mode fill (covers StatusChip + status pills).
- StatCard icon badges: white glyph + darker dark-mode tile.
Plus two consistency cleanups:
- Detail-page "Smazat" unified to variant=outlined color=error (Offer +
Invoice now match Order/Project/Warehouse; the contained->confirm pattern
stays: subtle trigger, strong contained confirm dialog).
- "Zrušit filtry" reset buttons -> color=inherit (neutral), matching the
rest of the secondary-button family (were default outlined-primary).
Neutral (color=inherit) text/outlined buttons were already correct (label =
ambient text color) and are untouched. tsc -b --noEmit, npm run build and
vitest 152/152 all clean.

Three console issues observed while idle on an offer:
1. Heartbeat flooded the console with 401s. The lock-keepalive interval
fired apiFetch(...).catch(() => {}) every 10s; apiFetch RESOLVES with a
401 (it doesn't throw), so .catch never saw it and the interval never
stopped. Once the refresh token had also expired, every tick 401'd
forever. Now we inspect the response and clearInterval on a 401 (which
only occurs after a failed refresh = session truly gone); the healthy
path still returns 200 and keeps ticking (verified in Chrome).
2. Duplicate React key "item-1" in the line-items table. The form/items/
sections useState initializers restored the create-mode draft
UNCONDITIONALLY — even in edit mode — and reused the draft's stale
item _key values while itemKeyCounter restarts at 0 each load, so an
added row collided. Now the draft is only restored when !isEdit, and
restored items are re-keyed with fresh unique _keys.
3. framer-motion "motion() is deprecated" warning — PageEnter used the
deprecated motion(Box) factory; switched to motion.create(Box).
tsc -b --noEmit, npm run build, vitest 152/152 clean. Console verified
clean in Chrome (only benign dev notices remain).

OfferDetail/OrderDetail/InvoiceDetail/ProjectDetail headers each have a custom action-button row that was flexShrink:0, so (like the alert/PageHeader cases) it stayed at content width and its buttons overflowed/clipped on phones. Dropped flexShrink:0 (and added flexWrap on ProjectDetail which lacked it) so the action row conforms to the available width and the buttons wrap onto multiple lines. Verified on OfferDetail at 430px: buttons span two rows, no container overflow, no page scroll.

On phones (< sm) the editable items grid was a wide horizontally-scrolling table of inputs — unusable. SortableItemRow now renders each item as a stacked card (labeled Popis / Množství / Jednotka / Cena/ks inputs, V ceně checkbox + Celkem, drag handle + remove in the header), and the wrapper renders a card stack instead of TableContainer/Table on mobile (DndContext/SortableContext preserved so drag still works via TouchSensor). Desktop keeps the table. Verified: no inner table on mobile, no page horizontal scroll.

The kit CheckboxField (used on most pages) renders MUI's default medium checkbox, but four raw <Checkbox> usages forced size="small": OfferDetail's 'V ceně' table cell and 'Účtovat DPH' form checkbox, and the Settings permission-matrix module + per-permission checkboxes. They looked undersized next to the rest of the page. Removing size="small" makes every checkbox the same standard size app-wide.

Adopt the PageEnter wrapper as every page's outermost render element and remove the ad-hoc per-page entrance motion.div wrappers. Every page now enters the same way — all top-level sections rise+fade in, staggered — so nothing appears instantly and the motion is identical app-wide. Presentation-only: no data/logic/hooks/invalidate/permissions touched. Embedded sub-tabs (CompanySettings, ReceivedInvoices), Login (auth shell) and the dev UiKit are intentionally excluded. 11 form defaults across 6 files used new Date().toISOString().split('T')[0] (the UTC date), which lands on yesterday during the post-midnight Prague window (UTC+1/+2). Added todayLocalStr() (local YYYY-MM-DD) in formatters and replaced them. Future-date expressions (e.g. invoice due_date +14d) left untouched.
