docs(plan): implementation plan for bulk plan creation (v2.0.6)
Three tasks: (1) backend bulk endpoint + bulkCreateEntries service
(reuses createEntry; weekday filter + contiguous-run segmentation +
per-day cap skip) with TDD tests, (2) BulkPlanModal + PlanWork wiring
+ usePlanWork bulkCreate mutation, (3) v2.0.6 release. No migration.
